We are looking for a Team Support Officer who:

The Team Support Officer will be expected to:
- provide support (admin & personal) to our Exec Team
- support our Operations Officer with tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and payment follow-ups
- plan & organize team activities
- provide admin support to other departments or projects as needed
- manage filing system (physically and digitally)
- prepare reports, presentations, letters and other documents
- work as a team player, assisting other team members when necessary

- proactive-follow up is done consistently to ensure tasks are on track
- “zero” inbox every month; you turn emails into actions

*Though most of our team works remotely, this role requires working in the office.
