Team Support Officer

We are looking for a Team Support Officer who:

  • is a self-starter with strong self-management skills
  • has the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • has excellent attention to detail
  • is highly organized
  • has great verbal & written communication
  • has great problem-solving skills
  • has experience creating presentations & documents
  • loves technology & can easily adapt to new tools
  • loves working with & supporting a team

The Team Support Officer will be expected to:

  • provide support (admin & personal) to our Exec Team
  • support our Operations Officer with tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and payment follow-ups
  • plan & organize team activities
  • provide admin support to other departments or projects as needed
  • manage filing system (physically and digitally)
  • prepare reports, presentations, letters and other documents
  • work as a team player, assisting other team members when necessary

What killin’ it looks like:

  • the team feels supported & advocated for
  • you actively take things off of team members’ plates to free up their time; your support is an integral part of the team
  • proactive-follow up is done consistently to ensure tasks are on track 
  • “zero” inbox every month; you turn emails into actions
  • boosting team’s morale by being actively involved in our team chat, activities & plan

*Though most of our team works remotely, this role requires working in the office.
